Nope, settlers can't use Stealth Boys in Fallout 4. Bethesda didn't gift our NPC buddies with the power of invisibility, so they're stuck in plain sight just like the rest of us.

Actually no, settlers can't use Stealth Boys. They're more about brute force and defending the homestead than going all invisible.

Settlers in Fallout 4 don't use Stealth Boys. They're pretty much designed to till the land and man the defenses, not sneak around like some sci-fi ninjas!
