Can settlers use legendary weapons in Fallout 4?
Honestly? Handing over my hard-earned legendary weapons to settlers just feels wrong. Why would I give away something that took me forever to find? They can make do with regular guns.

Short answer: Yes, they can. Drop that legendary weapon into a settler's inventory, command them to equip it, and watch the fireworks. Literally, if the weapon has explosive rounds.
