Not really worth it imo. Getting a stat to 11 feels more like a flex than actually useful. But yeah, bobblehead method works.
Done it. Maxed out my character's Perception to 11 with the bobblehead. Felt like a god. Totally recommend for the bragging rights if nothing else.
Yes, but only with bobbleheads. You push your stat to 10, grab the bobblehead for that stat, and bam, you're at 11. It's a neat little trick Bethesda left in for us!
