Actually, no. The game doesn't allow for the Pip-Boy itself to be upgraded. But honestly, with all the other cool stuff you can mod and upgrade in the game, you won't even miss tweaking the Pip-Boy.
Nah, it can't be upgraded. But considering it can pretty much do everything except make coffee, I'd say it's pretty advanced as is. Who needs upgrades when you've got the whole post-apocalyptic world at your fingertips?
