Nope, you can't become a super mutant in Fallout 4, no matter how much radiation you soak up or how many FEV vats you jump into. The game keeps you strictly human, but hey, you get to hang out with a super mutant companion, so that's something!

Hard no. You stay human the whole game. Bethesda didn't put in a feature to turn into a super mutant. Would've been cool though.
Sadly, no super mutant transformation for players. You鈥檙e stuck in your human skin, but this doesn鈥檛 take away from the vast exploration and adventure! Plus, being human means you can wear all the cool outfits you find.
