Yep, right at the start in the character creation part, you get to choose if you wanna explore the wasteland as a dude or dudette. Plus, you can customize your character a lot, so have fun making your survivor look just how you want!

Honestly, choosing between male or female is just the start. The real fun is in the insane amount of customization you get to do afterwards. You can spend hours making your character look just right or, you know, accidentally create a monstrosity. Either way, enjoy!
