Absolutely! After you finish the 'Hole in the Wall' quest in Vault 81, you'll have a unique item called the 'Vault 81 Cure'. There's only one dose, so you have to choose: cure yourself or save it for Austin. If you cure yourself, no more Mole Rat Disease, but if you save Austin, well, you're stuck with it unless you reload an older save or never caught the disease in the first place.

Yup, but it's a one-shot deal. Use that cure on yourself, or be generous and save the kid. Your call!

Honestly, just keep the disease. It's not like it's a massive hindrance... -10HP? Please, you'll hardly notice with all the other perks and power armor you'll be rocking by mid-game.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
