Nah, Fallout 4 doesn't let you go full desperado with dual wielding. You get a bunch of cool weapons, but you gotta stick to the one-hand-at-a-time rule. But hey, modders to the rescue! There are mods out there that let you live out your dual-wielding dreams, just not in the vanilla game.
