Nah, you gotta make some tough choices in Fallout 4. Each of the main factions (Brotherhood of Steel, Minutemen, Railroad, and Institute) have their own endgame goals that conflict with one another. That means, eventually, you're gonna have to pick sides and say goodbye to being chummy with everyone. The closest you can get to a 'peaceful' resolution involves siding with the Minutemen and carefully navigating a few specific quests, but you'll still end up making enemies out of at least one of the other factions.

Actually, there's a way to sort of 'finish' with three out of the four main factions on good terms if you play your cards right. It requires a bit of a delicate dance through some specific quests, but the Institute will always be the odd one out. So, full peace among ALL factions? That's a no-go.
