Yep, Cricket sells it. If she's not around, just roam the Commonwealth. Ammo boxes are your best friends. Also, legendary enemies might drop some if you're lucky!
Honestly, I never found the need for more cryo ammo. Just mod your weapons right, and you're golden.
Got tons of it from a legendary deathclaw once. Definitely check vendors and loot every ammo box in sight. Happy hunting!
