Short answer: No, there's no mechanic in Fallout 4 for making babies or getting characters pregnant. It's all about shooting mutants and building settlements.

Lol, nope, you can't get other characters pregnant in Fallout 4. Bethesda kept the game PG in that aspect. So, no baby-making mechanics in the wasteland!

As someone who's spent an embarrassing number of hours in Fallout 4, I can confidently say pregnancy isn't a feature. The closest you get to family life is adopting a dog!
