Technically, no, you can't have multiple human companions in Fallout 4 at the same time. You're limited to one humanoid companion for those long, lonely treks across the Wasteland. But hey, you CAN have a dog and a human companion at the same time. Dogmeat doesn't count against your companion limit, so it's like having two buddies for the price of one!
Just one? Missed opportunity if you ask me. Imagine a whole squad!
One at a time, folks. That's how Fallout 4 rolls. But, Dogmeat + another companion works, so technically, it's a win?
