Absolutely not, and honestly, why would you want to? The cage armor screams 'I've survived the apocalypse and all I got was this lousy T-shirt... and pants... and a cage.' It's perfect as is - a true fashion statement in the wasteland!

Tried and tested, folks. Cage armor is as stubborn as a mule; doesn't budge for upgrades. Rock it as it is and enjoy the post-apocalyptic aura it exudes!

Nope, cage armor in Fallout 4 is like that one outfit you have that's edgy but doesn't fit quite right - no option to upgrade or improve it unfortunately. It's got a fixed set of stats, so what you see is what you get. Kinda adds to the whole 'wasteland chic' vibe, though!
