Totally can! Found this out the hard way when I tried to make my base look 'lived in.' Turns out, dragging bodies into your home is a fast track to making it look like a serial killer's hideout instead. 10/10 for realism, Bethesda.

Absolutely! In Fallout 4, you can drag around dead bodies by holding down the 'interact' button (E on PC, X on Xbox, and Square on PlayStation). It's super helpful for when you need to clear a path or, you know, just wanna tidy up a bit after a particularly intense firefight.
