Nope, you can't rotate corpses in Fallout 4. The game doesn't give you that ability. But hey, with all the exploring and crafting you gotta do, who has the time to spin bodies?

Unfortunately, no. Fallout 4 doesn't let you rotate corpses. Would've been cool for setting up those perfect Wasteland shots, though.

Actually, you're outta luck there. Fallout 4's got loads of features, but rotating corpses isn't one of them. Time to let those artistic arrangements go!
