Nope, you can't smoke cigarettes in Fallout 4. You'll find plenty of 'em lying around, but they're just for selling or decorating. A real shame for those looking to add that extra bit of grit to their post-apocalyptic immersion.

Actually, while you can't smoke cigarettes by default in Fallout 4, modders got your back. There are mods out there that let your character light up if you're playing on PC. Just a heads up, though, always double-check mods for safety before downloading!
Cigarettes in Fallout 4 are just vendor trash. Better off selling them for caps or stuffing them in your settlement as decoration.
