Not in the traditional sense, nope. Fallout 4 doesn't let you start your own economy from scratch. But, you can definitely get into the spirit of it by setting up and managing settlements. You can build shops and assign settlers to run them, and they'll generate caps (the in-game currency) for you. Think of it as being the mayor of a small post-apocalyptic town where currency management is a key to survival.

Fallout 4's not gonna let you turn into a Wall Street tycoon or anything, but building settlements and shops does let you play around with a sort of micro-economy. You decide what to build, and those shops make money for you. Plus, trading with vendors across the Commonwealth feels pretty economic to me!

Nope, there's no real economy-making. You just build stuff and get caps. Simpler that way.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
