Sorry to burst the bubble, but no, you can't store power armor in a workbench station in Fallout 4. Instead, you park your power armor by exiting it near the Power Armor Station. Then, you can modify and repair your armor at the station, but storage? Nope, that's what the vast expanse of your settlements is for!
Nope, you gotta leave your giant tin can standing awkwardly outside like everyone else. Just exit next to a Power Armor Station, and pretend it's parked!
