Nope, you can't upgrade the Pip-Boy in Fallout 4, but you can change its color and get a fancy version if you have the right DLC. So while you can't boost its specs, you can definitely make it match your post-apocalyptic fashion sense.

Sadly, no. The Pip-Boy stays as is through the game. You can't upgrade it, but honestly, with all the other stuff you can mod and tweak in the game, the Pip-Boy not being upgradeable isn't a huge deal. It's iconic as it is!
