Actually, I tried it once just to see what would happen. Spoiler: it doesn't work. Fallout 4 and Skyrim are siblings, not twins. You need the right presets for each game.

Short answer: No. Long reason: The games are like apples and oranges in their setup, even if they're both fruit from the Bethesda tree.
