Nope, synths don't age in Fallout 4. These high-tech humanoid robots are designed to look and act human, but they don't age like we do. So, if you meet a synth looking 30, they'll stay looking 30 forever, which is kinda cool and creepy when you think about it.

Actually, synths aging would defy their whole purpose in Fallout 4. They're built to blend in without the complications of human aging. So, eternal youth for them!
