Honestly, I forget to exit mine all the time and end up wasting fusion cores. Pressing 'E' for an awkwardly long time gets me out. Feels like breaking up with a comfy, deadly steel partner.

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! Just press and hold the 'E' key if you're playing on PC, the 'X' button on PS4, or the 'A' button on Xbox One. Remember, you gotta be outside the armor to admire it! Can't do the fancy exit inside tight spaces or too close to walls, though.
