Turning off the flashlight in Fallout 4 is super easy! Just hold the 'Pip-Boy' button for a couple of seconds. If you're using a PC, that's gonna be the 'Tab' key. On Xbox, hold down the 'B' button, and for PlayStation users, hold the 'Circle' button. And voila, darkness!

Just tap and hold down the Pip-Boy button. Easy peasy.

FYI, hitting the Pip-Boy button just turns it on and off. Took me a bit to figure out since I kept tapping it and wondering why my flashlight had a mind of its own at, like, the worst times. So, yeah, hold it down for the magic to happen.

Honestly, I just leave it on. Who needs to turn off the flashlight when there's so much cool stuff to find, right?

Pro tip: When you turn off your flashlight, you're less likely to attract unwanted attention from enemies. So, it's not just about saving battery life; it's a solid survival tactic in the wasteland.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
