The Sole Survivor in Fallout 4 technically starts at 210 years old when they emerge from the cryogenic vault. But, if you wanna get technical technical, they're actually only around 30-ish pre-war years old before the whole cryosleep jazz.
Just a quick note - the Sole Survivor's age is a bit of a trick question. Pre-war, they're in their early 30s. Post vault, you tack on 210 years of ice cube time. Makes for some interesting birthday cakes, huh?
