Honestly, I spent more time assigning settlers to different jobs than actual combat. Pro tip: make sure your food and water resources are always covered first. Settlers seem happier that way!

Too much micromanagement. I just let'em wander.

Assigning in Fallout 4 is super easy, dude. Just walk up to a settler, open the workshop menu, and click on 'Command.' Then, walk them to the location or the resource you want them to work on, and click 'Assign.' Boom, they鈥檙e on it!

Nah, it's all about the vibe. Just feel the settlement's needs, and the settlers will practically assign themselves. (JK, you gotta do it manually as the first answer says.)

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
