First, buddy up with a faction if you haven't yet - the Minutemen, Brotherhood of Steel, or the Railroad. Once you're in good graces, you'll kick off the quest 'The Molecular Level'. You'll need to gather a bunch of materials: Biometric Scanners, Military-Grade Circuit Boards, Copper, etc. Then, find a spacious spot in your settlement for the build. You’ll be constructing 4 main parts: the Reflector Platform, Console, Beam Emitter, and Relay Dish. Pro tip: Make sure the Beam Emitter is directly over the Reflector Platform, and everything is powered up properly. Happy building!
