Changing the FOV (Field of View) in Fallout 4 on PS4 isn't as straightforward as on PC since there's no in-game option or console command available. The only way to change the FOV would be through mods, but again, mods that change FOV specifically might be rare or not work as intended because of the limitations on PS4 modding. Sorry to say, but you're pretty much stuck with the default FOV on PS4.

Sadly, you're out of luck. FOV changes are a no-go on PS4. It's a PC luxury.

I played Fallout 4 for hours on my PS4, hoping to find a hidden way to adjust the FOV... Spoiler alert: there isn't. The game's pretty much fixed at the default FOV on console. Makes me wish I had a gaming PC!
