Easy peasy! Just find any body of water like a river or a pond and press the action button (depends on your platform, so it might be 'E' on PC, 'X' on PS4, or 'A' on Xbox). Your character will fill any empty bottles in your inventory with dirty water. Remember, you gotta have those empty bottles first. No bottle, no dirty water collection!

Hot take: Who even needs dirty water when you can live off Nuka-Cola and Fancy Lads Snack Cakes? Keep it classy, wastelanders.

Actually, you don't always need to collect dirty water. If you're crafting and have purified water plus the necessary components, some recipes will automatically use those instead. But, if you're aiming for that authentic post-apocalyptic culinary experience, follow the first advice.

Getting dirty water is more strategic than you think! Use it to farm adhesive by crafting vegetable starch. So, don鈥檛 just collect it; use it wisely!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
