Just sleep it off! Seriously, find a safe spot, lay down in a bed you own, and most of your diseases will magically disappear by morning. It's like the ultimate life hack but for the post-apocalypse.
Honestly, why bother curing diseases when you can just live with them? Adds a bit of a challenge, don't you think? ;)
I cured my character's disease by accident once by just using a doctor. Cost me some caps but was totally worth it when I didn't have antibiotics or a safe bed nearby. Docs can be found in Diamond City and other settlements.
