To switch on Survival Mode in Fallout 4, it's pretty easy. First, make sure you're not actively in a game. From the main menu, select 'Options', then go to 'Gameplay'. Here, you'll find the 'Difficulty' setting. Just scroll through until you get to 'Survival' and select it. Remember, Survival Mode ramps up the challenge by a lot, including needing to eat, drink, sleep, and you can't fast travel. It's a whole new way of experiencing the wasteland!

Just hit up the difficulty settings and crank it to 'Survival'. But watch out, it's brutally hard. Like, you actually have to sleep and eat in the game. Who knew that after the apocalypse, your biggest concern would be finding a decent bed?

Survival mode? Just don't. Unless you enjoy suffering. Then by all means, go to settings and choose 'Survival'. Enjoy your virtual post-apocalyptic misery.

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
