First up, check your settlements! Companions often wander back home like lost puppies. Just tour around each one, especially where you assigned them. If that fails, ring the bell in the settlement to gather everyone around - your missing buddy might just show up for roll call.

Use the map! Occasionally, companions will return to a location significant to your mutual quests or their personal storyline. If they've gone AWOL, think about where you've been adventuring together recently and start your search there.

Honestly, just reload an earlier save. Sometimes the wasteland swallows things whole, companions included. It's the easiest fix if you can stomach losing a bit of progress.

They're probably chilling at the bar in Diamond City. Wouldn't you, after a long day of fighting Super Mutants?

Another pro tip: Build a 'Companion Tracker' terminal, available through the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC. It adds a quest marker for your companion's location, basically like attaching a GPS to their Pip-Boy!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
