Getting Idiot Savant in Fallout 4 is a piece of cake! Just level up your character and make sure you've got at least 5 points in the Luck attribute. Once you do, head over to your Perks menu and select the Idiot Savant perk. Remember, the lower your Intelligence, the more frequently it'll proc, giving you bonus XP for any action.

Honestly, just dump your points into Luck early on. The Idiot Savant perk is worth its weight in gold, or caps, in this case. More XP means quicker leveling, which means more perks. It's a no-brainer for a super fun playthrough!
Idiot Savant? Maximize its potential by keeping your Intelligence low. It contradicts everything your school taught, but hey, it works wonders in the wasteland.
I'd say skip it. There are better perks that don't rely on low Intelligence. Playing smart beats playing lucky any day in the Commonwealth.
