Wanna boost your Sanctuary population? Get to work on your radio beacons, and power them up! Make sure your settlement's got the essentials: beds, food, water, and defense. People wanna feel safe and comfy. And don't forget, the more charismatic you are, the more folks you'll attract. So, pop on that silver shroud costume or any charisma-boosting gear and get those settlers rolling in!
Been there, done that. Boosting your Charisma really helps. I wore Charisma gear and used the 'Grape Mentats' for that sweet CHA boost. More settlers started showing up like it was a post-apocalyptic party at my Sanctuary.
