To snag the Nuka-Cola Power Armor in Fallout 4, you gotta dive into the Nuka-World DLC. Once there, head over to the Nuka-World Transit Center, and you'll find a side quest called 'Star Control'. Complete this quest, and you'll unlock the access to the power armor display case in the Starport Nuka. Inside, the shiny Nuka-Cola Power Armor awaits! Just buy the Nuka-World DLC and complete the 'Star Control' quest. Power Armor is in the Starport Nuka. Easy!
