Oh boy, if you've been trying for a baby in the Commonwealth, I've got some news for you - there's no feature in Fallout 4 that lets you get pregnant. The closest you'll get to family life is building settlements and taking care of your companions. Maybe adopt a dog? Dogmeat's always looking for a buddy!

I heard someone modded it to make pregnancy possible, but in the vanilla game? Nah, no baby-making mechanics. You can, however, build a nice crib in your settlement for the aesthetic!

Nope, can't happen. Fallout 4 doesn't have a pregnancy feature. The wasteland's tough enough without changing diapers.
