You can't officially 'dispose of' power armor frames like throwing away trash. Best bet? Park it and forget it. Or, if you're feeling generous, leave it as a surprise for a future wastelander.
I just collect them. Why get rid of a power armor frame when you can turn your settlement into a power armor museum?
