Heads up, you can't just stumble upon the Rockets' Red Glare like a lost cap in the wasteland. You HAVE to side with the Railroad and follow their line of quests until the mission pops up. Trust me, been there, done that. It's worth the hustle!

To snag the Rockets' Red Glare in Fallout 4, you've gotta dive deep into the Railroad's questline. Just keep helping them out and eventually you'll hit the 'Rockets' Red Glare' mission where you'll infiltrate the Brotherhood's airship. It's all stealth and sabotage from there, folks!
