Getting Strong to like you in Fallout 4 is all about smashing stuff and eating meat. Seriously. This Super Mutant buddy appreciates when you're not too nice. Throw in some generous helpings of violence against enemies, use those heavy weapons like they're going out of style, and don't shy away from some cannibalistic choices if you're feeling particularly adventurous. Strong LOVES that. Oh, and keep the lockpicking to a minimum around him; he's not a fan of sneaky stuff.
