To meet Kent Connolly in Fallout 4, you gotta head to Goodneighbor. Once there, make your way to the Memory Den. Inside, you'll find Kent in a back room, typically chilling in his radio station setup. He's the brain behind the Silver Shroud radio program. Just waltz in and start a convo, he's friendly enough.
Just go to Goodneighbor and look for the Memory Den. Kent's your guy if you're diving into the Silver Shroud stuff. Honestly, one of the best quest lines, don't skip it!
