Ah, the eternal struggle for bobby pins in the wasteland! If you're playing on PC, just hit the tilde key (~) to open the console command window. Type 'player.additem 0000000A [number]' - replace [number] with how many bobby pins you want. Voilà! Infinite bobby pins for all your lock-picking adventures.

I found a glitch once where I kept finding bobby pins in the same desk after reloading my save. Not sure if it still works, but worth a shot if you're desperate!
