Increasing happiness in Fallout 4 is pretty straightforward but needs attention to detail. Make sure you've got enough food and water for everyone in your settlement – that's a no-brainer. Security is key, so ward off those pesky raiders with enough defenses. A happy settler is a safe one! Don't forget beds - everyone needs a place to crash, and they prefer it under a solid roof. Lastly, keep 'em busy with jobs; idle hands lead to unhappy campers. For a cherry on top, add some shops and recreational facilities to give that extra happiness boost.

Honestly, just keep your settlement's basics in check (food, water, defense, beds) and you're golden. People overcomplicate it.

Just spam bars and clinics in your settlements. Seriously, my settlers are 90% happier when there's a bar on every corner. Who needs water when you've got whiskey, right?

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
