Honestly, just load an earlier save if you can. Messing around in qasmoke can get buggy.

Super easy fix! Just open the console again and type 'coc sanctuary' without the quotes. It'll teleport you out of the qasmoke room and into the Sanctuary. Works like a charm every time I accidentally end up in developer purgatory.
