Once you've got max affinity, she'll talk to you about wanting to be human. Then, you need to find Doctor Amari in the Memory Den in Goodneighbor. Have a chat with her, and she'll help transfer Curie's mind into a synth body. Voila, Curie's a human (well, synth, but you get it)!
