Making purified water in Fallout 4 is easier than finding a clean pair of socks in the wasteland! First, you'll need to gather some empty bottles. Then, find yourself a water source like a river or a pond. Go into your Pip-Boy and enter the 'Crafting' menu at any settlement with a water pump or a purifier. Use those empty bottles to fill up with water, and voilà, you've got yourself some purified water. Keep in mind, having a water purifier in your settlement automatically adds purified water to your inventory over time!
