How to marry Cait in Fallout 4
Sorry to burst the bubble, but you can't officially marry Cait or any other character in Fallout 4. You can romance Cait and many other companions by increasing your relationship with them through positive actions and dialogue choices, but there's no marriage option in the game. Think of it as a wasteland romance where you can't put a ring on it, but you can still enjoy your companion's company to the fullest.

You can't. Bethesda didn't include marriage as a feature in Fallout 4, so you can romance Cait all you want, but there's no walking down the aisle in the Commonwealth. It's a bummer, I know.
