Nope, no wedding bells in Fallout 4. You can buddy up with Piper and even get some sweet perks from being BFFs, but tying the knot isn’t in the cards. Bethesda didn’t put marriage in the game.

I wish! Piper's awesome, but Fallout 4 doesn’t do marriages. Max affinity gets you perks though, which is nice.
Hate to break it to you, but sadly, you can't officially marry Piper or any other character in Fallout 4. The game doesn't include a marriage system for the Sole Survivor. However, you can max out your relationship with Piper by earning her approval through your actions and dialogue choices. Once you've reached the highest level of affinity, she'll give you the 'Gift of Gab' perk as a sign of her close companionship. Not quite marriage, but it's the closest thing you'll get in the wasteland!
