Unfortunately, you can't reset your perks directly in Fallout 4 through vanilla gameplay. However, PC players have a bit of a workaround using console commands. Just open the console by pressing the tilde (~) key and type 'player.removeperk ' for each perk you want to remove. Then, add your points back by typing 'player.addperk '. It's a bit tedious, but it gets the job done!

I've always used mods to reset perks. 'Respec Your Perks' and 'Perk Reset Chem' are good ones. Makes experimenting with builds so much easier without starting over.
