Everyone's saying be nice, but don't forget to actually TALK to Piper frequently. Dialogue is key. Pass those speech checks and flirt whenever you get the chance!
Honestly, just be yourself... unless you're a total jerk in the Wasteland. Then maybe be someone else. Piper likes it when you play the hero, so do lots of good deeds and be super nice to everyone. Works like a charm!
