Just press T while sitting or lying down on PC, or if you're on console, it's the same deal but with the Triangle button on PlayStation or the Y button on Xbox. Didn’t read the manual, did ya? ;-)

Choose how many hours you wanna skip, and boom, time travel without the pesky side effects! Works like a charm when you’re trying to avoid those dark, ghoul-filled nights or just fast forwarding to meet a trader.
