Don't. Spawning companions via console commands can bug your game. Better to find them the old-fashioned way.

To spawn companions in Fallout 4, you gotta use console commands. First, make sure you're playing on PC cuz you can't do this on consoles. Hit the tilde key (~) to open the console. Then, you need the companion's ID. For example, to spawn Dogmeat, you'd type 'player.placeatme 0001d162'. Just replace '0001d162' with the ID of the companion you want to spawn. Remember, using console commands can be risky, so save your game first!

Just hit up Google for the companion ID list and use 'player.placeatme ID' in the console (open with ~). Easy peasy.

Honestly, just use the console commands carefully. I spawned Nick Valentine right next to me when he vanished. Saved me a ton of time!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
